“Great location and friendly staff. The room was updated and comfortable, and it’s a very short walk to the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants super close. There were plenty of options at the included breakfast buffet. ”

“레지던스에 4박을 숙박했습니다. 방청소는 처음 안내와 같이 1회가 진행되었으며, 지내는 동안 어떠한 불편함도 없었습니다. 일단 호텔보다 넓으며,(침실, 거실, 주방으로 구성) 주방도 사용할 수 있으며 냉장고도 작지 않고 인덕션도 있어서 조리도 가능했습니다. 같은 건물에 까르푸 슈퍼도 있고 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 또한, 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 조식은 이용하지 않아서 의견없습니다. 종합적으로 매우 만족스러운 시간을 보내고 왔으며 강력히 추천합니다.”

“Excellent service from front desk (from San Sebastián) bellman (Facundo) & Clara. Property very unique design, but carpets need good steam clean. Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space ”

“This hotel is very good indeed. The roof top restaurant has amazing views over the town and the sea. The evening menu is great and the all you can eat cooked and continental breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop pool is also a plus. Within a short walk from the restaurants at Biarritz and 5 to 10 minutes from the beaches we had a perfect stay. ”

“Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel.”
