"Property was excellent. Room are spacious and clean. The views are great. I would much rather see trees and a stream than pavement and buildings. The only drawback was at check in. I had to give all information to desk again. These were what I previously did on line such as e-mail address, phone address etc. They did not just use to verify but re entered everything. It made me think they wanted it for future sales solicitations, which I don't want. Other than that, I would certainly go back there. It was great."

Our check in and out was quick, but didn’t feel very welcoming, didn’t provide information to our room or offer any information about restaurant on property or asked us if we had a good stay when we left. This was our third stay here, but the next time we come we might try a different hotel/motel."

"The location, the layout of the room was great (king room), everything was great. The only thing missing was that there were no bars in the shower area. Looking forward to the next time. Many of the families are return customers. I will be one too."

"There is no one on duty at the motel, as everything is handled by phone. Our check-in information was supposed to be sent 15 minutes before check-in, but we had to call to receive it. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier, but we eventually received the information and accessed our room. The room was small but cozy, comfortable, and clean, and the internet was fast. However, the walls were paper-thin. At midnight, we had to knock on the neighboring room’s door and ask them to turn down their TV. Our biggest concern was that if a serious issue had occurred, there was no staff on-site to assist us."

"Easy check in process, clean and spacious room, great water pressure, could have had better pillows, and the A/C unit is a little confusing to understand but it works great once set. Fridge kept food and drinks cold and even refrozen ice packs in the top. Overall great stay!"
