“Horrible Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Room Maintenance We booked a room at Best Western for September 24–25, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition, and the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what we expected for the price we paid. The room had spiders and spider webs in multiple areas, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The carpet was torn and visibly worn out, and the overall condition of the room raised...

“The room was clean staff was friendly but I feel like it was meant for workers .. our hall way smelled like marijuana a lot of screaming through out the night will not stay there again”

“It was a pleasant time and waking up to the sunrise over the mountains was beautiful.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lambuth Inn! The views are beautiful, and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained, with plenty of space to walk and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff was attentive and kind, and the hotel itself is quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway for anyone looking to slow down and recharge. “The unit itself was dated, but pretty clean. Unfortunately, the property management HOA is NOT cleaning and maintaining the pool area, sauna, or pool showers. The pool loungers and deck chairs are new, but the pool deck is FILTHY! Such a shame, as we have stayed at Deer Ridge 5 times. All things considered, we hope to return to see these problems rectified, because IT IS THE BEST VIEW IN THE SMOKIES!!!”

“People were friendly, but getting more towels they were out. Breakfast wasn't appetizing at all. Juice machine was broke. For the money I expected better.”

“A unique & wonderful experience of staying in a glass cabin high in the mountains! Private hot tub & fire table! Very nice cabin, limited kitchen but enough to make simple meals. Very clean & host/staff helpful & friendly. Just be aware if you go in October (to see the beautiful leaves changing), the Asian lady beetles may swarm you outside in the sun! Thousands of them- we couldn’t use the deck for most of the day. Otherwise, highly recommend this !”
