"This property was dirty and in complete disrepair. There are holes in walls and ceilings and in the tub in our room. The pool area is covered in mildew, mold, and rust. The breakfast bar had a broken juice machine with no other drink options to accommodate for the inconvenience. The room was very dirty. The carpet, curtains, walls and furniture were covered in stains. Outlets didn't work. Had to unplug the TV to use the microwave. The staff was nice but the hotel itself was horrible. "

"The 1 elevator "could not be used". We are 71 and 72 years old. I've had 5 spinal surgeries and we had to lug all luggage up flights of stairs. The next morning a woman told me her 92 year old mother took an hour to be able to climb the steps. The front desk offered no offset, comfort or caring, it appeared to everyone!!!"

"The "suite" that was NOT a suite was a tiny, overpriced studio. It has zero seperation btw the living area & bed. just one small rectangle... Rude front desk!!!! Breakfast started closer to 7:30 than 7. Just death by a thousand paper cuts."
