“The hotel is excellent want I was looking for. It is cleaning, modern, great amenities, great staff. The dining is available on the 7th floor. It has great hours to give flexibility of when we wanted to eat. Our breakfasts were amazing. We could sit outside and enjoy our breakfast with a great view of the Smoky Mountains. The rooms are very modern and spacious. The location was a big plus. It is close to everything. It is a small drive for all the destinations we wanted to go from our hotel....

“Customer service some people were kind and some of the staff just did not care about their job and communication was poor when you check in the waterpark was closed for two days out of my stay and I only got to enjoy the indoor waterpark.The room I checked into was dirty upon check in and it took two times for me to get the issue addressed! I have stay at many hotels and this one I rate the stay like 3 stars the resorts needs to work on the hospitality and customers service with front desk needs...
