"When we go to Gatlinburg, we always stay here . We love it .. easy access to the strip. We can walk from our room anywhere to go eat see all the shops and go on excursions."

"We loved the location of this hotel. Parking was easy and the walk to the main strip was super close. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Loved the rooftop lounge/restaurant, view and firepits. There was plenty of seating and music on Friday and Saturday nights. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom shower well designed. The hotel is clean and smells good! Friendly and helpful staff to top it off! "

"Great location to walk in Gatlinburg. Needs some tlc but it’s still a good place to stay. Staff was excellent. Parking a little tight. Air conditioning worked great. It was nice sitting on the balcony and watch the river. You can also enjoy the music while sitting on the balcony."

"The breakfast was not good. The eggs were definitely powdered. The sausage was not fresh. The worst part was the parking! We got in late both nights we were there and there was no parking left. They did not have enough spots for the rooms they have! The room was nice, clean, handicap accessible as promised. The staff was great. Would NOT stay again due to parking issue."

"Everything was good, one thing is when we did enter our room it was very humid and hot but once we got the air conditioning going it felt nice. Also pool is supposedly heated but the water was very cold. Overall nice hotel, would stay again!"
