"The room was awesome - clean, well stocked (water, fridge, coffee). It was also a decent size with sufficient storage and the balcony was really nice in the evenings to watch the sun set over the mountains (in the distance as Gorilla Taco is directly in front of the hotel).
However there were some issues - I woke up in the middle of the night the first night to the smell of gasoline. Not sure where it came from and it didn't appear again after that... totally weird.
There was plenty of parking and the parking lot is well lit. Plenty of luggage carts as well.
The biggest issue we had was the breakfast - they state that it's a "really good breakfast" however, it was the same everyday we were there - powdered eggs, burnt bacon, sausage, pastries, etc. It really was NO DIFFERENT from any other hotel that offers "free breakfast". We even went out for breakfast one day so that we didn't have to eat it AGAIN. And the worst part for me was the coffee - it was so watered down that you couldn't tase the actual coffee, especially if you added creamer (which they only had whole milk or half and half... YUCK). Only had whole milk for cereal as well - no 2% or 1% or skim... who wants to chew their milk????
The pool was cool looking but we didn't get a chance to use it. We did use the hot tub one night and had it to ourselves which was nice but it could have been cleaner too... lots of sediment on the bottom of it.
We didn't try the restaurant ($$$$) but the rest of the hotel was nice"
