1. 플레이스메이커 프리미어 소브로

내슈빌 다운타운

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“I had a 4-night stay, and they gave me only two bath towels. I asked or more towels, and they told me NO, and that I would have to launder the two towels they allotted me using the washer/dryer in the unit. How's that for hospitality? It came with a kitchen with a fridge and oven/stove, but it was not equipped with cookware or silverware. There were also no hangers in the closets. And on the morning of day 2, when I went to take a shower, the water had been shut off without warning. None of the...

“Carpet looks like it is 50 years old and never been cleaned. The room had broken furniture. The AC didn’t work, and the “white towels” were badly stained. There was also someone smoking marijuana outside their room and we had to walk part it to get in and out of our room. Bed was okay but there were not enough pillows and the ones they did have were almost completely flat. Location is very convenient. Parking is sketchy and there is literally a hole big enough to fall in in the parking...

“I loved everything about my stay at Memoir. The staff working were always friendly and quick to say hi. Almost everyone living there was friendly and made sure to say hi. The amenities were really nice, so you technically never had to leave the area (although recommend touring around Nashville). My room exceeded expectations and I loved the kitchen aspect. Everything from the cutlery, to the fact you had your own washing machine/dryer, to the bed linens was exceptional. I would happily come...

“The experience was awful. We have never encountered such difficulty in checking into an accommodation in my life. Expedia should explain the verification process required to access the front door in advance. Additionally, even after verification, it took over an hour to get the code to open the door. While their website says you can call, text or email, the phone number disconnects you since there is no human to assist. The text seems AI-generated and can't solve any problems, and the email...
