“Upon entering the building it was obvious that security was high priority. The reception area was very clean with food and drink vending machines available outside the well equipped gym. “I love the set-up of the suite, perfect for a supervised 15y/o sleepover. Communication with the hotel staff was beyond excellent!! However the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. The sofa sleeper mattress cover was very nasty, as if it had never been changed. The sheets on the bed were badly stained as well. The bathroom sink always had lots of hair left behind. Besides, the cleaning mishaps, everything else was good.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the lodges! It was close to everything but just far enough away from the busy main road. Plenty of space, great for families. Staff was extremely nice including the security guard watching over the parking lot at night. We are definitely making this place our yearly stay while in pigeon forge.”
