“I booked an upgraded room size and bed through Expedia, when I got there they had me down for the smaller room and bed. After much stress I finally found a way to contact Expedia directly but they could not fix the situation even though the Expedia agent admitted I booked the larger room and bed. All she could do was start an investigation into how it happened and they would get back to me in a few days, ( I was at the counter checking in so an investigation would do me no good). Fortunately...
