“It was great. They upgraded my room to suite room because they made a tiny little mistake. (I booked for 2 queen beds but they gave me a king bed.) Breakfast was also great. I would stay there if I go to Nashville again.”
“Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room was a good size with room to move around. Handicapped room with plenty of room for w/c. Room very accessible with parking outside of door. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Definetely will stay here again.

There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
