โNice layout for the stay. Close to walk to Broadway. Air conditioner was louder than what we would have expected. But overall I could stay there again โ
โI came in for the Wounded Warrior 5K. I picked the Germantown inn because of the walkable distance to the 5K at the Bicentennial Park. All the staff was so nice! They were able to have breakfast for me earlier. โ
โThis hotel was very clean. The room was fabulous with a full kitchen sitting area with TV and two queen beds. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing stores. It was even close enough to walk to downtown Nashville. The only negative thing I have to say would be the pillows on the bed were awful. I would definitely stay again and perhaps bring my own pillow or ask if they had another option. I did not ask while I was there as I did not think of it.โ
โThe most amazing hotel! Everything was 5 stars! The room was spacious and spotless, the rooftop was so cute! The lobby felt so homey and intimate. They had a cute coffee shop as well. The location couldnโt have been better either! I could go on and on about the hotel.โ
โWe had a an issue with the bathroom sink clogging- they tried to fix it but it was not fixable so they upgraded us to a better suite/room.
Hotel decor was great and the staff so friendly โ
โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
"I got a free soft drink from membership draw. It made me feel better during check in.
Breakfast was well prepared and convenient to take.
Overally very clean and easy to park."
"It's not that far from Broadway street.
The accommodation is clean.
However, it's cold when the heating lowers the temperature and hot when it rises. It was a bit disappointing that the temperature couldn't be maintained. "
