So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms.”

Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. “This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. “The property had everything we needed on hand. When I had a question I used the app chat feature and was promptly responded to. When I needed extra towels, I had a bag of towels delivered within 12 hours at my door. The room was beautiful with all the amenities of home. For sure using this same location the next time we are in Nashville. ”

“Only thing that was disappointed about was that there was no recycling at the place. Love the ability to walk to most places like restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores and close to bus stop. Taxis were easy to find and get a hold of.
