โAs soon as we walked in, we loved every bit of the decor all around. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way. The location was just where we wanted to be. Such a beautiful hotel and the art is amazing. โ
โWe needed a place close to Vanderbilt hospital, and this location was great. They did not have the room type I reserved available when we checked in, but this was offset by comping the parking. The room was quite satisfactory, with a small fridge, Keurig machine, and microwave. No room safe though. The bathroom was big enough, but no fan....so easy on the burritos. The breakfast was excellent, with biscuits, gravy, chicken-fried steak (!), and plenty of other goodies. No issues with noise, A/C...
โLoved the pitchers and water stations on each floor. The valet was well staffed with friendly informative staff. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. โ
โWe went to Nashville for a concert and we stayed a few extra days to relax. Fitness center was amazing. Pool was great, but needed a bit of treatment. The water was a bit cloudy. When so many people use the pool, it needs daily treatment, but the rooftop pool vibes and service was exceptional. Bedroom was awesome and updated and the bed wasโฆwow. It was very comfortable. This place was close to everything and the employees were awesome. Everyone! The bartenders were phenomenal and the Restaurant...
โWe would highly recommend The Mint House. Accommodations were impeccable. Within walking distance to great restaurants and to Broadway. Would definitely stay again! โ
โHotel is clean, everything is good. The staff working at the breakfast area were working very hard, to out away out trays, to clean the table, every where, to refill the coffee, non-stop, to make the whole breakfast very comfortable. Parking is okay, need to pay. On the arrival late at night, planning to go out to eat and it rained, we stayed in the restaurant inside the hotel, the portion is huge and tastes good. Overall, a good stay experience. Thank you very much. โ

However, it's cold when the heating lowers the temperature and hot when it rises. It was a bit disappointing that the temperature couldn't be maintained. "
