"These hotels are not cheap! Got to room and toilet was running,vanity faucet didn't work,tp holder was broken, drain in tub was plugged,staff was kind but only credited back $20 and some points before moving us to another room,not much credited for having to go to another room! "

"This had to be one of the most pleasurable experiences I had in a really long time. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room which was very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that someone forgot to take the trash out of underneath the sink but as soon as I brought it to their attention, it was rectified. It was close enough to everything and far enough to enjoy some wonderful sleep. A washer and dryer in the room alleviate the need for packing so much clothes. Having food and laundry soap in the lobby was also an added bonus."

"The overall property was great however I use the same credit card I used to pay via Expedia in the hotel ended up charging me almost $1000 in six separate miscellaneous transactions and when I approached them about it, they stipulated they were unaware of what transactions I was talking about it took approximately 12 hours to figure it out and get it corrected. Then after checking out, I was charged for another room in which I never requested. "
