"Breakfast is simple but adequate A big plus is that downtown Rockport is a 20 minute walk so one’s car can be left at the motel while one explores the town or searches for a restaurant Nice setting Room was clean"

"Just know what you are getting into. Super quaint spot with very helpful staff in a very urban area. Our room had the AC unit pointed at the head of the bed and noise from the city made it difficult to have windows open. To get to rooms you are climbing steep narrow staircase up to three floors. Breakfast was nice. Proprietor was a gem."

"Great location within walking distance to the beach. Property was aquaint but could use some cosmetic update. Breakfast was good."

"The shower had very low water pressure. Also only could have the hot water on only for the water to be hot enough to take a shower. The $30 dollar convenience fee was a shock then a 1.5 % fee was a joke. So just know they will take $300 out of your account on check in, even though you payed for everything ahead of time. Then put $200 back after you check out. If they were upfront with all that the stay would have been great except for the shower!!!!"

"Delightful, modernized adobe compound with only 7-8 comfortable and inviting suites. Breakfast was served at a communal table with glass drinking glasses, ceramic plates and mugs, and metal cutlery. The rooms also had glasses and ceramic mugs. Comfortable chairs and beds. I would have liked better lighting, but still better than most hotels. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There was a thunderstorm one afternoon and it was so nice to stay in our room, cozy and comfortable....
