“Our bellhop at Virgin hotels in Nashville was fantastic. Greg made us feel very welcome and at home from the second we pulled up to the front door. The valet was decent but at times seemed understaffed. We did have to ask for fresh towels and washcloths early in our stay. Following that the staff seemed to be on top of it.”

“직원의 친자절함에 인상 깊었습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 갈께요”

“decent breakfast, nice clean rooms”

“Pricey but worth it. The room was large, clean, and so comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The valets went out of their way to be patient and helpful with a special need. The location is great for downtown Nashville.”
