Location to downtown is perfect. It’s also right next to printers alley which is nice. The staff were super friendly and the restaurants in the hotel were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was super clean and all of the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is the price of the room and paying $75 for parking. I know it's the norm for Nashville but it's still ridiculous. But if I had to pay an arm and a leg to stay in downtown Nashville (and you always do), I'd stay here again.

Room was very nice. Very convenient location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. If you like Printers Alley it’s absolutely the best location. Staff was very nice and answered all questions. The one thing I did not like was I never seen housekeeping . We had to ask for clean towels at front desk.

The hotel location is really good. Central yet away from the crowd and traffic. Walking distance to Broadway. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped with wardrobes and decent bathrooms. Plenty of food options around.

Location!!! We just walked a couple blocks and were immediately in the middle of an amazing musical experience. Just Wow! I would give the hotel a 3.5 star rating. The shower, definitely 4 stars. The room could have been bigger, the bed and showercwere amazing. The lack of movie channels was surprising. And being ignored by both employees at the hostess station for the restaurant was unacceptable. But seriously, can't beat the location.

We reserved 2 rooms. One was still being cleaned when we arrived which is fine as we were early checking in. When it became available, the room was clean but the cleaning products smell was very overwhelmingly unpleasant. It smelled so much lemon in the room that I had to put a shirt or towel over my nose and mouth. Overall the rooms, staff and hotel were excellent.

The hotel has a lot of charm. The staff was friendly. Also, they had events going on downstairs that you could get involved in— I personally didn’t go, but it sounded like a vibe. Would definitely stay again! The proximity to Broadway was nice too!
