"Very good"

Omni Nashville Hotel

2/10 Terrible

"We booked the Omni hotel for 3 nights with plans to use the pool and bar area each day. We were told the pool and bar areas were over capacity and would not allow us to enter the area. Very disappointed. To make things worse we were told we would be given a $100 food and beverage credit that was never applied to the bill. Hotel will not even answer phone to address the issues. Think twice about staying at this hotel in Nashville."

"Very happy with our room. Lots of storage for clothes, etc. Staff checking in and throughout our stay were great. We did have problems checking out as the girl at the desk didn't know how to split our bill and there was no one else working to help her. Only other complaint I have & this us with most hotels-please don't use 1 ply toilet paper!!! Pet peeve of mine. Otherwise location and walkability was good. I did book again for next year's CMA Fest."
