"The property has no concierge services for assisting in activities elsewhere—essentially a self-service facility. There are also a lot of “hidden” fees that are not adequately disclosed at booking—classic deceptive trade practices."

"This hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in a long time. I was very comfortable here. Though I was farther away from Broadway and the celebrity bars than I wanted to be, the hotel’s free shuttle made things more accessible. I enjoyed my stay."
