“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“The photos don’t entirely match the quality of the property. Despite being new, it is quite grotty overall. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked, there was holes in my bedding, hand prints and smudges on the fridge, dust all over the ceiling and walls in the bedroom. I didn’t receive an email about checkin instructions, so I didn’t know if I would even be able to gain access when I arrived after a late flight (I was able to but this was slightly stressful). Nobody provided me with WiFi...

“Wonderful room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and washer/ dryer made the place feel like home away from home. Lovely pool area and upper deck. Highly recommend.”

“This was our second time to Nashville and we were very pleased with Kasa. The kitchen had all that we needed, the bathrooms were very clean and very well organized. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. We look forward to rebooking here on our next visit to Nashville. Thank you we had a lovely experience.”
