“The staff were great, the room was clean, but there was an incredible amount of other guests smoking right outside their rooms and leaving cigarette butts in containers of water. The ambience felt suboptimal in that regard haha The water pressure for the sink was very low, but that may be standard for the area, as I've not stayed in Chattanooga before”

“Second time staying there. Room air conditioner didn’t really get cold in the room we were in it was an older unit.everything else was great.”

“Staff was awsome plus they allowed me to to do a check in really early due to i was tired from the ride.”

“HD to check in very late and was dead on my feet. Woman at the front desk was lovely and got me settled right away. Room was very clean. Great value”
