"This hotel is very nice, has a bit of elegance to it without the high price tag. Upon arrival we valleyed our vehicle, staff was pleasant and our room was nice. To have your vehicle valleyed its $30 per night which was not mentioned to me but since ok since i didn't have to park my car. There is no place for breakfast in the hotel so you will have to find a place for breakfast. There is a bar lounge which is nice. Beds were comfortable and overall pleasant experience. I would stay here again if i am ever back in Chattanooga."

"This one is tough. The huge issue with this property is the location! The hotel is tucked behind another hotel, and the signage isn't the greatest. The hotel is also much older than you might think based on the photos. Everything looks well-maintained and clean, but the hallway on our floor had a weird odor that I just couldn't figure out. Maybe they had recently cleaned the carpets or replaced them, not sure. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was average. If I'm ever in this area again, I would look to stay elsewhere. Lots of other options."

"At first I was reluctant to stay at this hotel, because it is older (I believe we stayed there with our kids 25 years ago) and the room doors are on the outside. I generally choose hotels where you go through the lobby to enter your room. However, my husband and I were pleasently surprised at how clean it was, and the beds and sheets were first class. Why chose a more expensive hotel to get the same quality and service. I would definitely stay there again."

"It was okay overall, but definitely not great. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and some of them appeared dirty, with yellow and even blood stains. The room also had a noticeable smell, almost like a damp or unchanged air filter. The hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained. On the positive side, the pool was clean, and I appreciated that. The area itself seemed relatively safe, but there were quite a few homeless individuals nearby. If you are planning to walk to the surrounding restaurants, that is something you may want to keep in mind."

"Room was dirty, sheets were stained, couch was dirty and stained. Not enough bathroom towels etc for 2 people. Staff was unfriendly, lazy snd took a lot of smoke breaks. Breakfast was awful and unsanitary. Could not use the pool the hotel staff kept it closed. The a/c unit was very noisy difficult to sleep due to the a/c noise. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not return."
