“When we first pulled in my husband was a little surprised at my choice because this is an older retro-style hotel. The reception area and facilities have been kept in good shape, staff all very friendly, grounds are clean. The guests we ran into were typical travelers. Parking was easy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Walkable to downtown restaurants. Felt safe in the area.”
