Went up to inquire about the tour. Found out there are multiple stairs to climb, and my wife and myself can't climb stairs. Would have loved to see it though!

Ruby Falls is always a great experience, but please be warned that the Christmas Underground is an experience strictly for kids. For us, it was a disappointment and waste of money

Amazing! The Fall itself and all of the formations were like nothing I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised it did not feel cramped or tight so far underground and the elevator trip up and down was quick. Very large groups and our tour guide Desiree was a real treat!

The cave itself was a bit plain and the tour group was larger than idea, but the Ruby Falls was worth seeing. We also visited The Lost Sea Adventure Cave an hour drive northeast of Chattanooga. We liked it better than the Ruby Falls Cave.
