“This is the cleanest Hotel I've been in, in a very long time! I cant say enough good thing's about this place! Everyone is so kind. So much fun things to do and the whole grounds are beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pool/Waterpark. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here next visit! Thank you so much!! ”

“I am surprised that no reviews mention this is a timeshare. When we checked in, I asked about waterpark passes. I was told that the concierge would help with that. That’s when I found out about the timeshare. They said we could attend a 90 minute presentation &tour w/ breakfast and get free water park admission, among a few other things. “Every thing is always a great experience, my only issue is the Bathfitter tubs always feel unstable and sometimes can throw of your balance because os the soft center ”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation.
