"ALMOST NONE OF THE AMENITIES LISTED WERE AVAILABLE (except for the hair dryer). No breakfast (except a pack of donuts). Outside property was rundown, in an unsafe, transient area that may or may not have featured sex workers trolling about. Window curtains and lamps broken. Bathroom fan broken with motor bits (filthy) exposed. Microwave glass plate missing. Only good parts of the room, the mattress seemed new and linens were clean. Why did we stay? Because we prepaid and because EXPEDIA OFFERED IT AND WE TRUSTED EXPEDIA!"

"Hallways smelled like cannabis. Room was musty, looked to only have the beds made, brown mystery stain on carpet, bathroom appeared to not be mopped. Breakfast options were satisfactory. I would recommend spending an extra $100-$150 / night for a higher quality place to stay. "

"The room seemed nice, although the hall to get to the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was pretty clean until I got up in the morning and noticed someone else's socks were in the sheets at the end of the bed. The area did not feel very safe to me. We were fine though. There were cameras on the property, and on the cars so it was fine. Police stayed in the area-next door and the gas station across the street at night. All staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"The property was clean, well, equipped, and perfect for our needs. The fully functioning kitchen made meals much easier and helped us save on eating out. We also appreciated being away from the busier parts of Nashville. The only downside was its proximity to the freeway, with truck noise at night causing some disturbed sleep. There was also a late night party in one of the neighbouring houses that was quite loud, which was a bit challenging with kids. After a few days staying in Pigeon Forge, it was lovely to return to the house and relax. Overall, I’d recommend the property, just consider bringing or using the provided earplugs."
