10/10 Excellent

"Staff here was excellent and super helpful. We were there during a heat wave and the AC in our first room had frozen up because it was working so hard, and this caused a leak on the carpet. The front desk responded immediately by switching us to another room with no fuss, even though I know they were busy. Hotel also has a little game room in the lobby, nice little grab and go type market (the Bodega) and a sports bar with good drinks and pretty good food as well. Good place to stay if you want to be near Broadway, the arena, or a reasonable walk from the stadium."
