"The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Staff would constantly lock lobby to go outside and smoke for hours! When asked for wifi code the GM was rude , unprofessional and said I could not extend my stay for being combative although 8 literally was just asking for a wifi code lol"

Arrived late and Christie @ the front desk was welcoming with a smile on her face. Nice to see after a long drive and a busy day. The room was excellent.
The river view has a calming effect after a day on the road and I will walk the trail by the river on my next trip to Clarksville - it is right out the backdoor!

I knew this was the best rated hotel in this price range, but I was a little skeptical since the Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn up the road were nearly twice the cost, however this hotel was found to be very nice and super clean. The hotel staff were also very friendly. There was one little mix up with the bill since I booked through expedia, but it was easily taken care of and the staff were very helpful and apologetic. I would definitely stay again!

They have a nice fish tank in the entry way that the kids loved. The decor wasn't perfect, but everything was clean and nice and it was a good quiet stay after a long day of driving.
