"We stayed at Stone Hill Lodge. It was very nice, the only complaint was the elevator to our floor was way down the hallway from the lobby. You cannot use the closest elevator to go to the second floor. If you are on any floor but three, get ready for an elevator ride and a long walk. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the air was cold plus the ac had an option to keep the fan on all the time. Our grandkids liked the water park also."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We loved our stay at Margaritaville and will definitely be back! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Mr. Rusty was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, energetic, friendly, and genuinely made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed talking with him during our stay. We would also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Colby. He was downstairs in the entertainment area by the bar, and we ended up spending time with him two nights in a row. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helped make our evenings so much fun. Everyone on the staff was wonderful, and the level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Thank you for helping create a perfect family vacation filled with great memories. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"Park Vista was amazing, it is tucked away in the mountain which gives you the quiet time away from the main roads while still being on the trolley route. You get a free cookie when you check in, the staff is super helpful, rooms are clean, and we even saw a bear roaming the parking lot! We loved it here especially with it being on the free trolley route which means you don’t have to pay for parking when going downtown. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The only reason I’m giving this a poor rating and not terrible is because of the staff being so nice. Other than that the photos are very misleading. This place is dirty. The balconies are rusted, we had bed bugs on our box springs, and dead bugs on the floor. Major water damage and mold. Also noticed the elevator license was absent and the elevator felt like it was going to collapse at any moment."
