"We had an amazing stay at Country Cascades! The kids had so much fun with all the activities and amenities. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty to keep our family entertained. We highly recommend it for families and can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I had reservations for 2 rooms and both rooms were really nasty the carpet was filthy. In one of the bathrooms was a hole in the wall in the shower and they stuck a kleenex in it and the faucet was stuck sideways and the kitchen sink was falling apart. The blankets had blood stains and torn. The outside pool and hot tub was nasty and didn't have any water and the pool, hot tub, and lazy river on the inside was worse the water was green and the concrete was chipping and had mold. The elevator wasn't working for 3 days and one of the rooms was on the 5th floor so that's 5 flights of a lot of steps to walk up and down. They didn't have clean towels for 2 days. The front desk staff was rude and was aware of what was going on and didn't want to give a refund. Thisbwas the worst stay me and my family ever had to deal with and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here ever."

"The rooms were spacious and very accomodating with the exception of i couldnt find oven mitts for the oven. Everything was clean and the property activities were laid out nicely. All staff was friendly. Lifeguards were great and looked like they actually liked their jobs. I will come back. Very family oriented."

"The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the bathroom. It looks they they are doing some renovations, so the bathroom was completely new and the lighting was nice. The pool/hot tub was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking."
