"The staff were really friendly the only thing was that our room ac was leaking onto the carpet making the carpet wet then when we went to go swimming there was a wet floor sign floating in the pool it really mad us uncomfortable to swimming in the pools"

"I was impressed with the experience at the hotel! It was clean & had everything you could possibly need! The staff were extremely friendly & I enjoyed the trolley that took you anywhere you needed to go so you didn’t have to struggle with parking in the downtown area! I will definitely stay here again!"

"Rooms were super clean and property was beautiful, staff was more than willing to accommodate my request and made our weekend Absolutely spectacular!! my only complaint is that I got tricked into sitting through a timeshare presentation. Other than that, I have no complaints."

"The amazing river view and indoor pool, with a fire pit just outside, made our vacation even more relaxing after long days exploring the Smokies. Anakeesta is also within walking distance, which was definitely a big plus. Overall, a wonderful experience!"
