"The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was a basic room with two beds. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable.The balcony overlooking the river was really nice. The hotel is a block off downtown so walking was easy. Now it is on the far end towards the park entrance but the walk home at night along river road is nice and peaceful. The morning (free) breakfast was nice. It had everything you would need to get started and save some money. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins cereal yogurt. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and several people were using it while we were there. It wasn't a problem for us but the hotel doesn't have a laundry room so if that's a necessity for you you may need to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice place to stay at an affordable price I would definitely consider staying here."

"LeeAnn(?) not sure how to spell it is amazing. So friendly and very helpful. The property is older but nice. The pools and hot tub were well maintained. A bear came right up to the balcony."

"We have taken a 4000 mile trip at this point and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in! Clean room, comfortable bed, well maintained property. The staff was VERY helpful, answering all are questions and giving suggestions of things to do. Breakfast was great! Had a lot to offer."

"The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful, we checked in at 1:30 am and the process went smooth. The only things that wasn't good was the parking. The parking area was really small and the were and couple parking spots that were near the laundry room that should not have been there. There was a big truck parked in it one day and it made it tough to navigate to the parking area below and behind the office. I would recommend this place to stay."

"The rooms were clean, the balcony was great (although ours was a little small even though we have a king suite.) The 24 hour pool was nice, but they didn't restock towels. Our bathroom didn't have a trash can, which we found odd. And the lobby staff weren't exactly friendly. However, the hotel is in a great location just as you are getting into Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge. It's also a quiet property, well-maintained, and we would definitely come again."
