We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We are very picky when it comes to hotels. They have to be very clean, smell fresh, and have a good breakfast. That being said, this hotel met all of our expectations. It is now our favorite place to stay in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. The price was very reasonable, which made me a little skeptical at first, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the showers were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues with cleanliness or bed bugs. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
