“We enjoyed our stay at the Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge. It was very clean and the staff was great. ”

“The manager of Hidden trails must have been over worked, I have never experienced a manager to be so rude. There were 9 of us for dinner, we waited for an hour before we even asked how much longer. She immediately had an attitude, We pointed out that people in the restaurant that came in after us had already received their food, She said oh yeah who? Point out who got their food before you. We said that we weren't going to do that because at this point everybody in the restaurant was looking in...

“This property was the the best from check to the stay and the leaving Michelle at the front desk was amazing she gave me a free upgrade. ”

“Loved the breakfast! The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice front desk people. Wonderful place to stay. ”

“I'd stay again. Only complaint is the ramp to the 2nd floor instead of steps on the front side”

“Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.”

“Rooms and public areas very good condition and spotless. Walk-in shower in room looked new and rain head nice. Didn't use pool area. Parking limited but I knew that as this was my third stay. ”

“Cheap hotel room”

“We came to Pigeon Forge for our 30th wedding anniversary and stayed here because it was close to the dinner shows. Everything was great! Guy at the front desk was super nice and it was so relaxing to sit down by the water. My husband stayed here when he was younger. We will definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“Great staff. Easy check-in. Clean rooms. I didn’t use them but they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Checkout was very easy as well! I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Breakfast was fresh and kept stock. The room was super clean, beds was comfortable, and the view we had was amazing. The outside pool and lazy river was a big plus for my kids. I think the inside pool needs more lighting besides that it was good. The staff was very friendly even when we got there late for check inn”
