"Have to admit it was one of the CLEANEST rooms we've stayed in for a long time. (& trust me I checked..even used a special light) Only issues were....NO dresser(s).....NO rugs at all, bathroom did not even have a bath mat for after showers!!! Had to go out and purchase one....come on no one wants to step out of a warm shower on to cold cold floor!! However, we loved the ducks outside, the deck and the little stream.....simply beautiful. Very convenient to Bristol, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, little bit of a drive to Bristol, but so worth it to come back to our familiar pillows, belongings and comfort. Also kudos to being 'out of the middle of the masses' yet within 'nice sweet drive to everything'. Staff was always accommodating to any of our requests. Which was very refreshing. Will definitely return if in the area again. BTW.....I forgot and drove off without my NEW rug.....mail it to Arkansas maybe??"

"This stay was only 1 night however when I checked in I was welcomed by the front desk lady really sweet and was probably the easiest check in I’ve ever done! Went to our room is was clean and had a clean smell to it very peaceful and didn’t have any disturbances! Check out was really good turned my key card in and the lady checked us out and we went on our way!"
