“Choices of GF food because my wife never gets the breakfast. No shuttle to the hotel for the main strip. Front desk didnt seem too friendly but thats my opinion. Didn't like people coming to breakfast in pajamas. Didn't like the hot tub being in another building with a different key. Otherwise the hotel was great. Enjoyed reading by the fire though the music level caused a distraction. Maybe lowering at certain times. My wife said hot chocolate would have been perfect ”

“Why does this Hilton offer free breakfast like the express Hilton in pigeon Forge also the express has better rooms IE BETTER BEDS ROOMS AND FREE BREAKFAST!! Just because it has Gardens on the sign the rooms are worse then RED ROOF INN the express has beautiful room and the furniture does look like a two star hotel. ”

“You couldn't ask for a better location in Pigeon forge. The Island is right behind the hotel and there were plenty of stores, restaurants, and shows within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.”
