We stayed for 3 nights in July 2026 and had a wonderful experience. Extremely clean rooms, well maintained building, good complementary breakfast, friendly staff, a great location to visit the Smoky mountain and Gaitlinburg attractions. Will definitely stay when we are in the area again!

It was a great location! We were able to walk to lots of restaurants, entertainment, activities, etc. You could really park at the hotel and walk to so many things. The property was clean, room was big, beds very comfortable, staff very helpful and answered our questions. Lots of parking.

We enjoyed the hotel, the location was perfect for us. The hot tubs and pools were very fun for our family. The breakfast was nice but the eating area wasn't big enough for all the hotel guests but otherwise we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

So many good things to say about this hotel but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Super friendly and helpful staff!!! Breakfast buffet was simply amazing. In my opinion, best free hotel breakfast in Pigeon Forge. Room was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. We will def stay again at this hotel.
