The hotel was nice. The food was good. The room was great. I loved that I got the bottom floor! The problem was I couldn’t sleep every night. I was there except for the last two I ended up staying around five nights. It might’ve been four nights can’t remember, regardless I extended my stay but was unable to sleep every night due to whoever was in the rooms above me had children, and it sounded as if they were having a gymnastics class all night long. The music was blaring, and the thumping on the floors was unbearable. I was told that I was not the only one who complained. I will say they did give me a 10% discount for the last two nights. The only reason I would stay again is because of the positive parts. Everything else was great. It was just the people staying at the same time I stayed. They need to have rules and set them and be firm with them. I have children and grandchildren and I’m lenient on some things, but this was ridiculous.!!!! The staff was extremely supportive and amazing. They were put in a very difficult situation and I believe they were very respectful on both ends.

Happy at the Quality Inn Hotel!

Very Happy with Our Stay at the Quality Inn in Oak Ridge, Sold our Townhouse, & needed a Hotel because was moving to FL & was leaving on Sunday...Very Accomodating with a Room on the First Floor for Our Dog...Slept Very Well.....Yummy Bagel for Breakfast, A+, Super Awesome!!

The hotel is old and needs some work. The room was small and dark. There were silverfishes in the bathtub. The fridge made so much noise, we had to shut it down. Breakfast was not ready at 7:30 am. And the selection was mediocre. However, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Walked in the lobby area and it smelled clean, check in was super easy. Allowed me to check in a couple hours early. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Only issue was, when you walk in the room it’s hot may need to leave the air on. I plan on staying again. Great stay

Overall the customer service and staff was very good. Super nice and very accommodating. The toilets were loose in our rooms, the faucets in the bathtubs were super loose. The windows needed caulked (it looked like just foam but no caulk). The floors in our rooms were filthy. Definitely need swept/mopped/steam mopped. The breakfast was the typical Continental breakfast.

Probably the two key factors that led me to this hotel were relatively low price and acceptance of pets. This is a good solid choice for the area, the breakfast was better than expected. When staying for several days room service is not provided unless specifically requested. The staff were all very pleasant. Overall there is no reason to avoid, just be aware this is not the "Ritz." Yes, I would readily stay here again.
