The room service was both quick and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with, from valet to front desk, was kind and professional. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. My experience here was very mixed. Overall, the stay was really nice and we enjoyed our time. The things that went well were the room was spacious and comfortable and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly! The not so great things were the lack of help with luggage by the valet staff both arriving and departing the hotel, nonworking items (the reading lamp), and the insufficient cleanliness of the room (there was trash and dust in various places). For the cost of the room, I expected more

Very nice hotel. From the minute we drove on to the property & were greeted by a very friendly valet to the helpful young lady at the front desk that checked us in, our stay was great. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed (except for a men’s size robe, that I was really looking forward to using). This was our first visit to Knoxville & I’m positive that I selected the best hotel.
