“While the staff worked hard during our stay, there were a few significant setbacks. Unfortunately, only one employee was assigned to cover both the front desk and housekeeping. Because of this, our 4:00 PM check-in was delayed by several hours, and we weren't able to get into our room until around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Additionally, the next morning we discovered critters in our bedsheets. We strongly recommend a deep, thorough cleaning of the rooms and furniture before hosting future guests.”
