The property was amazing. Loved my spacious room. I was close to the outdoor pool and the view was amazing on the island. One of the best rooftop views I have ever seen. The staff was wonderful and the food was fabulous. The outdoor entertainment was a hit as well. I highly recommend Margaritaville inn hotel for young adults, families, and older adults. Lots of things to do, restaurants in the area and places to shop. The hotel offered freebies during the day and we definitely took advantage of those.

Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Only three handicapped spots in gated guest lot that fill up quickly. Did not like the $10.00 a day parking fee and lack of compl. breakfest. Both should be included for price of rooms. Not sure if we will stay there next trip.

The location was excellent. plenty of shopping and entertainment on the Island where the hotel is located. Outdoor pool was nice and had a great view of the Island water fountain. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was amazing. Spa was great too. Had a balcony that overlooked the shops. The only down side was the music that was played in the shoping area didn't turn off till late so if you wanted to go to bed early you had to wear ear plugs so you couldn't hear the music. Other than that it was a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

Very crowded area, hotel room in was clean and very nice, but the rest of the facility like the pool area had plates that were uncleared, a bar area that didn’t feel particularly well kept. And it was loud, drunk people in the hallways late at night. Self parking is quite far from rooms. We ended up switching hotels.

This place was great and convenient to The Island. The staff was Great and Renee was very accommodating. The representative at the information desk in the main lobby was very pleasant and helped with all questions we had and even gave a few recommendations. Our room was perfect and our balcony view was just beautiful! We will be coming back to stay again.

The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient.

Everything is as expected from a resort type hotel. Only complaint is we had river view which isn't much of a view, but that really isn't the hotels fault. Just will request village or fountain my next visit. It is part of the Island so there's plenty of dining options and any type shopping you can think of. Rooftop Pool and bar, with another bar downstairs that had live music. Staff was very nice and we received multiple discounts and free tickets to Island attractions. Our room had a rain shower and a very large modern jacuzzi tub.
