"We were there during a music festival at the convention center. Perfect location for this within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was very good - I would say better than average for a continental breakfast but the same thing every day. Probably because of the festival, someone in a room below us was smoking weed on their deck which got sucked into our room through the air conditioner. Can't really blame the venue for that though. The workout room is very lacking - a few pieces of equipment with one of the treadmills not working and only cardio...no weights. Overall I would stay here again...staff was friendly and helpful all around. They are not joking when they tell you not to leave food in your car...bears are very much around. We saw two bears in 4 days near the hotel."

"Great stay. Enjoyed the pools which are prefect if you are traveling with children. The pools are only 3 1/2 ft deep with an indoor kiddie pool. I really enjoyed the clean towels provided for the pool. Breakfast is included and it was actually good. Lots of options including made to order options. The bar and ice cream shop was also great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Overall a great place to stay that’s very close to the tourist area in gatlinburg. Also the trolley stops very close to the hotel which makes it very convenient."
