"Stayed in Room 202, two queen beds, for four nights. Clean and spacious to accommodate four adults. Separate living room to watch TV and eat. Full breakfast with à la carte omelets were the best! Two free alcoholic drinks and snacks during happy hour from 1700-1830 were a bonus! $15 self parking per daily was reasonable. Starbucks onsite was just ok. My iced matcha latte was not made the same way at a regular Starbucks. I wished mouthwash was an included amenity. Overall, a great hotel, within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The Park Grill was our go to place for delicious trout and all you can eat salad. "

"When I was in high school in the 70s, I stayed here. It was "nice" then. I don't think it has been updated since, except for the bathroom sink. Very sad condition overall. The photos are not giving showing the whole picture. Very cheesey."

"I live an hour away. This is one of our go to hotels. It’s always consistently good. It’s an older hotel, but the inside does not feel that way at all. Room was very clean. The pool is very heated and amazing. Staff was nice. We love this place. "

"The staff was super friendly. Absolutely adored them however my door was messed up in my room. Hard to open and close. Did not have clean wash cloths. Room was very outdated. Stains here and there. Overall could be better. It was a last minute booking but I would not stay here again "

"While the room was pretty clean and the staff friendly, the hotel overall is very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was very sad, carbs only, no fresh options - even hard boiled eggs were yellow and looked inedible. Luckily we stayed only one night because it felt very depressing, and I would not want to spend a whole vacation there. I’ve been to many lodges before so I know what to expect, but definitely didn’t enjoy this one. "

"The pool was in another building down a few blocks from where they put me. They have multiple buildings and I guess if you are lucky you get the pool one. WiFi good. Not too bad of walk to the strip either. Just woren out and can use a upgrade like matress,coach, paint,or put on your site you may not be in same building as pool.A good to know especially if have kids.JS"
