Unfortunately we didn't get to try the Breakfast, but the girl that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient because you can walk and go explore.
My family enjoyed our stay here. Was happy that we could park in the lot before check in. It's a convenient short walk to the strip. We enjoyed the shaded patio next to the creek, the indoor pool section was just like the photos, and breakfast was good although you do have to pay for it. We had also eaten dinner there and the pizza and fried ravioli bites were delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Now I understood you do get what you pay for so wasn't expecting much, the actual rooms were pretty outdated and I didn't really think it through getting a room by the pool- was very wet mildewy smell as soon as you walk in and the curtains have to be shut unless your okay with everyone seeing in.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk girls were very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff were not very friendly. Food was meh at best.
We love the Glenstone, especially the indoor pool area.
The coffee shop staff Tuesday morning were not nice. Stating she was only making "regular" coffee that morning. My daughter had been looking forward to her orange cortada since last trip in October. The Wednesday staff was delightful and made her 2.
Love the option if checking out online so we can leave keys in room and just go out the back door where we were parked.
Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
For a older hotel it was nice. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good place for value. Found some nicer, but they cost more. I would say good value.
The place was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open yet for our trip, so we did not get to experience that portion of the property. Loved that there was a coffee shop and Cafe on-site. It was a little off the strip, but close enough that the walk wasn't bad and the free trolley service that toured the area was a great convenience since parking is limited and fee based.
We were very happy with the hotel & staff. We plan on making reservations again. We had some inconsiderate guests that were smoking marijuana on the balcony and it was coming into our room. We were very happy after our complaint the hotel staff reacted very quickly & solved the problem. Can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended
