The hotel has a lot of amenities my kids really enjoyed the indoor water park/pool. Itโ€™s a short walk to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. Beds and pillows are super comfortable.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the front desk manager Robert he was extremely polite and helpful even getting my son milk in the middle of the night because I ran out. He knew about the area which was extremely helpful. You can get on the free trolly right in front of the hotel and ride around town to see everything it was a hour ride. Very beautiful and got to see everything we wanted to do. Our hotel was 3 blocks from the main strip. This hotel has an indoor heated pool and an indoor water park which my son absolutely loved. Would definitely stay here again Iโ€™m already planning my trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, hotel lobby, and the grounds were all clean and tidy. It's just a block away from the downtown strip of Gatlinburg. Just enough off the beaten path to be a perfect spot.
