Everything about this place was excellent. The location for us was a bonus. It is located in the middle of downtown next to the skyride and other shops. We found great music across the street on a rooftop venue on a Tues night.

Breakfast was great. The room was nice but true to its name it is Historic. Don’t go in there thinking it will be modern and updated. It is not. I believe that adds to its charm. You are centrally located near the activities on the Parkway.

What a beautifully maintained Historic Inn. Friendly staff, clean room/hotel, delicious hot breakfast. We had a lovely 3rd floor suite. The outdoor private patio was a plus. Perfect location with easy walking distance to many attractions. Celebrated an Aunt/Niece Trip. Would recommend this quaint place. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you for the memories.

As a historic property there are some limitations on space and amenities. Nevertheless, the property is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and quite convenient. What really makes it special is its warm and welcoming staff. This includes those who prepare an enjoyable breakfast buffet each morning.
