Breakfast was simple and consistent, with open hours to accommodate many guests without long lines or large crowds. Staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept. A slightly longer walking distance from the main strip, but still a very easy walk. For the price, this was an excellent stay.

We enjoyed the brook behind the property, watching the bear, geese and squirrels on the property. It was nice having a wood burning fireplace and kitchenette in the room. The morning breakfast was exceptional! Thank you for offering an area of quiet and relaxation for our time in Gatlinburg.

The property is definitely dated, but we weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, especially for the price. Staff was great and the location was perfect. Close to the activity but far enough away to be quiet at night. The free trolley has a stop right by the front desk making access to the area very easy. Will definitely stay here again.
