“직원들은 친절했고, 가족 단위의 손님들이 많은 따뜻한 분위기의 호텔 이었습니다. 조식도 간단하지만 꽤 맛있었어요. 하지만 손님들이 식당에서도 식사를 할 수 있도록 오픈해 두었더라구요. 지금보다도 코로나가 다소 잠잠했던 10월의 다른 지역의 8박 여행에서도 조식 제공시에 식당을 오픈했던 호텔은 없었습니다. 방과 침구는 깨끗했으나, 화장실에서는 간혹 걸레 쉰 냄새가 났어요. 수건에서 나는 냄새인가 싶었는데, 수건은 냄새없이 청결했구요..바닥이나 변기 또한 보기에는 청결 하였디만, 냄새의 주범은 바닥과 변기 커버에서 나는 냄새 였습니다. 청결하지 않은 걸레로 청소를 한 듯 보입니다. 이미 짐을 풀었기에 소독티슈로 제가 닦고 사용 했습니다.”

“I was very impressed with the updated room. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a double layer balcony which was very nice. The hotel is directly on the main strip in Gatlinburg, so walking the area and parking at the hotel were big "pluses". The only "negative" thing I have to add is that although the Expedia website said they offered free breakfast, the hotel doesn't have breakfast. I would definitely go back! ”
