โJust stayed the night, in late afternoon, left early in the morning. Awesome place, our room was in the second floor and I looked the river. We walked to dinner at Chesapeake, then walked up to Starbucks in the morning for coffee. Most ships were not open but, we were on a schedule and had to run. Would definitely stay again โ
โHaving a Villa with kitchen and laundry was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and anxious to help in any way. Wanted to extend our stay and manager Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do to make it happen. Very walkable to town, restaurants and shoppingโ
โThe hotel is in a perfect location. We were charged for parking, $16.00 per night, in the hotel lot which I felt was ridiculous. The room was nice, only downfall was the ceiling paint in the shower was chipping. Room was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.โ

โThere is no cleaning the room for everyday. I should get the towel from front desk and shower gel went out. Then I thought, why I should pay every cost for the hotel stay, because the hotel didn't provide full service. They are still living in cobid 19 world.โ

A bit far from the heart of Gatlinburg town.
Room was not that big, but condition was great.
