โWe recently stayed at Marshallโs Rest Motel during our โlast vacationโ of the summer celebration. This was our 3rd time staying here. What i like best about staying here is the cute cozy rooms (which are clean & well maintained), the pool area which offers a view of the river while you swim or relax pool side & the closeness to downtown (only a 4 min walk). โAmazing location. Service was terrific. The hotel is truly historic all the way to the phones in the room. We were there during the songwriters convention (lucky circumstance). If you are looking for a great location right in the heart of Gatlinburg I canโt recommend this place enough. โ
โOur stay was excellent. The inn is very close to โdowntownโ Gatlinburg but far enough away to be relatively quiet. Our roomโs balcony directly overlooked the West Prong Little Pigeon River. Staff was greatโattentive and prompt. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Great for a couple looking to get away. โ
โThere is no cleaning the room for everyday. I should get the towel from front desk and shower gel went out. Then I thought, why I should pay every cost for the hotel stay, because the hotel didn't provide full service. They are still living in cobid 19 world.โ
