"Excellent location, amenities, facilities.
We stayed 2 nights. The property is right above the Main Street of Gatlinburg. We 2 adults 2 children 6/9 loved that we didn’t have to bother with the traffic and parking but we’re not in a big busy hotel.
My 9 year old described this room as “fancy” which I agree it had some nice elevated amenities, tastefully decorated and well thought out design. Texted the host for help with the fire pits with a quick response. We hope to come stay again. "

"Clean hotel that is a short walk right to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stops right out front to take you around town absolutely free.
The breakfast was decent, coffee was fresh.
Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances we had to end our stay early and Samantha at the front desk was very kind in assisting with the checkout and explaining how to possibly get a refund since we booked through a 3rd party site.
We are already planning on coming back next year and staying at the same hotel."
