My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

Excellent hotel, spacious and convenient! I was really impressed with how clean and roomy the accommodations were. Having individual air conditioning in each room was a huge plus, and they did not skimp on the towels! The location is perfect for sightseeing since it is close to the national park and the city center. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, amenities, facilities. We stayed 2 nights. The property is right above the Main Street of Gatlinburg. We 2 adults 2 children 6/9 loved that we didn’t have to bother with the traffic and parking but we’re not in a big busy hotel. My 9 year old described this room as “fancy” which I agree it had some nice elevated amenities, tastefully decorated and well thought out design. Texted the host for help with the fire pits with a quick response. We hope to come stay again.

Nice place was exactly what I pictures showed. Only problems were they didn’t disclose lounge was closed for season until after booked and fire pits were not turned on. Would stay again. Walking distance from the strip(wouldn’t walk down the hill it’s on) but far enough and isolated from the busy area, weird how both things can be true. Feels like a cabin in the woods with hotel amenities.

Our stay was overshadowed largely by it being an active construction zone by day and the stillhouse being closed for the season, none of the fire pits worked, the room was nice but the experience wasn’t.
