"As soon as I checked in they made me pay $100 for “incidentals.” Said it would be refunded after my stay. On top of that they charge $18 a day to park your car in the parking lot of the place you pay almost $300 a night to stay in. Rip off. Place is also old and dingy. They advertise an adult pool but there isn’t one. They also make you buy their drinks at the pool at rip off prices. $10 for a can of beer? Way better places in Gatlinburg to stay that are cheaper, and don’t take $100 of your spending money upon arrival."

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect getaway for both relaxation and entertainment. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"It is an older building that is in the process of being updated. It had everyth8ng we needed, room was clean, elevator was great since we were on the 5th floor. The breakfast was simple but fed us and thats all that matters. We stayed two nights and after two long days at the waterpark it was clean, quiet and comfortable.
